DESIGN
The in-house designers of Ess Cube, use advanced 3D and 2D CAD softwares, to ensure that quality is built into the design itself, with all aspects related to fit and function requirements, tolerances, and manufacturability considered at the design stage. An emphasis is placed on optimizing strip utilization during strip design, resulting in a value-engineered solution at a cost-effective price.
TOOL MANUFACTURING
With a dedicated in-house Tool Room, specifically designed and equipped for terminal tool manufacturing, Ess Cube Components has full control on the tool development process and can handle highly customized and intricate tools.
It has high precision CNC Wire Cut machines supported by a range of associated machines including milling, grinding, drilling and assembly operations.
COMPONENT MANUFACTURING
Ess Cube Components has state of the art highspeed stamping presses which are capable of continuous multi shift operations.
These include pneumatic and mechanical presses ranging from 16 to 50 ton.
QUALITY
The component manufacturing processes have built-in quality checking mechanisms followed by final inspection and testing on visual and dimensional parameters.
This is accomplished by high resolution Vision measuring machines, plating thickness tester, custom gauges and fixtures, as well as other advanced inspection equipment.
